Six plantation practices, delivered end to end

Every engagement runs the same way — understand the land, design a scientifically backed model, raise the planting material ourselves, plant with local teams, and keep measuring long after planting day.

01

Orchard Development

We develop productive fruit orchards from bare land: assessing soil and water, selecting the right varieties, setting planting layout and spacing, and staying on site through the establishment years.

  • Site, soil and water assessment
  • Variety selection and planting layout
  • Certified, genetically pure saplings
  • Establishment care and replantation cover

Best for: Landowners and agri-businesses converting land into long-term orchard income.

02

Community Based Horticultural Plantation

Plantation programmes designed and delivered together with land-owning farming communities, so tree cover and household income grow at the same time.

  • Farmer mobilisation and land mapping
  • Species mix chosen for local markets
  • Training on planting and aftercare
  • Geo-tagged monitoring of every tree

Best for: CSR programmes, NGOs and government schemes working with rural communities.

03

Agroforestry Plantation

Trees integrated into working farmland in patterns that protect the crop cycle — boundaries, blocks and intercropped rows that improve soil, water retention and farm income together.

  • Farm-level agroforestry model design
  • Species and density planning
  • Planting execution with field teams
  • Survival monitoring over three years

Best for: Farmers and corporates seeking carbon and livelihood outcomes on active farmland.

Dense multi-layered young native forest grown in the Miyawaki method

04

Miyawaki Plantation

High-density native planting that builds a layered, self-sustaining forest on small parcels, with rapid canopy closure and minimal maintenance after the establishment period.

  • Soil preparation and amendment
  • Native, multi-layer species mix
  • Dense planting and mulching
  • Two to three years of maintenance

Best for: Campuses, industrial sites and civic spaces with compact land parcels.

05

Tree Plantation for Sustainable Landscapes

Landscape-scale plantation across avenues, boundaries, degraded parcels and institutional land — planned so that each planting block suits its own micro-site.

  • Landscape survey and block planning
  • Large-volume sapling supply
  • Phased planting execution
  • Transparent reporting per block

Best for: Institutions, industrial estates and public land agencies restoring large areas.

06

Urban Forestation

Green cover engineered for urban conditions: compacted soils, limited root volume, pollution and heat. Pocket forests, avenue planting and campus greening.

  • Urban site and utility assessment
  • Pollution- and heat-tolerant species
  • Protection, staking and watering plans
  • Post-planting maintenance contracts

Best for: Municipal bodies, housing societies, campuses and corporate offices.

How we work

The same six steps on every project

A repeatable delivery process is what keeps survival rates high across very different sites.
01

Understand

We study the land, soil, water availability and the goals of the landowner or partner before a single sapling is chosen.

02

Plan

A scientifically backed plantation model is designed — species mix, density, spacing and a realistic execution timeline.

03

Propagate

Genetically pure, vegetatively propagated saplings are raised at our NHB-certified nursery, Gurukrupa Ropvatika.

04

Plant

Our field teams execute planting on the ground with local communities and farmers, at the scale the project demands.

05

Nurture

Establishment care continues after planting, backed by a three-year survival guarantee with replantation.

06

Measure

Every tree is geo-tagged and monitored using tools such as KoBoToolbox, so outcomes are transparent and verifiable.
